Made from pipe cleaners, this work investigates how form and texture can be translated by combining contrasting materials. Inspired by images such as Dehua white porcelain Guanyin statues, potted bonsai, and crystal geodes, it reimagines sacred iconography, organic growth, and mineral crystallization as a moldable visual language. The use of soft, bendable pipe cleaners allows for reinterpretation of the tactile qualities of different materials. The metallic tinsel stems add a luminous, sacred, and heterogeneous feel, constantly challenging how materials shape new forms and shift viewing experiences between familiarity and displacement.

His art centers on transforming everyday objects by reshaping them with pipe cleaners, creating a visual and tactile contrast that makes the transformed objects appear familiar yet strange, imbued with a sense of absurdity.
